Step 2. Identifying Motivation
Let’s dig deeper. Be specific with your responses to the following questions.

I would be able to support others and to create employment for many people.
Question 2. If your vision for your friends and family were to become a reality, in what ways would this benefit or be of value to them? Why would this be a good thing?
I would them gain better living standards and also encourage them to help others.
Question 3.If your vision for your community were to become a reality, in what ways would this benefit or be of value to your community members? Why would this be a good thing?

Question 4. If your vision for the world were to become a reality, in what ways would this benefit or be of value to the world? Why would this be a good thing?
I would be role model for the youth especially those from poor homes.
Question 5. Reflect on your answers above and identify some key phrases. What are some of the broad themes that underlie your responses? Do any themes or key phrases overlap? Try to identify at least 10 themes that describe your responses to questions 1-5 of this activity (4.b). It's ok if some of your answers are similar, and it is ok if some of your answers are very different from your others. This is very normal. Sometimes, all one's answers may seem completely unrelated. In reality, all your answers are somehow connected to each other. What 10 themes or key words would you use to describe the type of answers you provided in questions 1-5 of this activity (4.b)?
My 10 themes or key phrases in this activity are:
1)Promoting change
2)commitment
3)community building
4)improving living standards
5)capacity building
6)dedication
7)hard work
8)strategic planning
9)development
10)success
Question 6. Remember the 10 themes that you listed earlier in activity 4.a? Take a look at the themes on that list and compare them to the themes you listed in activity 4.b. In the space below, write a paragraph describing your observations of the two lists of themes. Think about how some themes might be similar or related. What do these kinds of themes say about you? What do they say about what motivates you? What do they say about what you value and care about?
